Track Cleaner

One of the biggest threats to a railroad's smooth operation is dirty track. That is just what this engine is designed to help. The Track Cleaner can run both as a regular engine and a cleaning engine. Up front are the two grinding wheels that actually clean the track while the normal engine is in the back. It has three headlights on the front and one on the back, plus a pair of blinking lights that flash when the cleaning engine is engaged. The back end is basically the front of the Red Switcher. It sports a deep yellow paint color with warning symbols on the front and back next to the couplers. The engine is articulated so it can easily get around curves, plus it has ladders and handrails for easy access by railroad personnel.
